Privacy Policy
01Who we are
QENTRA Tech operates as QENTRA Tech SARL (Marrakech, Morocco) and QENTRA Tech BV (Amsterdam, the Netherlands). Together they act as the data controller for personal data collected through this website and during engagements.
02Data we collect
- Contact data — name, email, company and message when you start a conversation.
- Engagement data — information you share during diagnostics and build work, limited to what the engagement requires.
- Preference data — your light/dark theme choice, stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It never leaves your device.
- Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept by our hosting provider for security and reliability.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels or third-party profiling on this site.
03How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare a written framing of your problem.
- To propose, scope and deliver engagements.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations in Morocco and the Netherlands.
- To keep the website secure and available.
04Legal basis
Depending on the processing, we rely on: your consent (contact requests), contractual necessity (delivering an engagement), legal obligation (invoicing, tax records) and legitimate interest (site security, improving our services).
05Cookies & preferences
This site uses no tracking cookies. The only persistent storage is your theme preference (light or dark), saved in your browser's localStorage. You can remove it at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
06Sharing & processors
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that help us operate (hosting, email, accounting), each bound by a data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.
07International transfers
Because we operate in Morocco and the Netherlands, data may move between the two. Transfers from the EU/EEA are protected by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent), and transfers in Morocco comply with Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data, under the oversight of the CNDP where applicable.
08Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement and invoicing records are kept for the statutory periods (10 years in Morocco, 7 years in the Netherlands), then deleted or anonymised.
09Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Under the GDPR you may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens; under Law 09-08 you may contact the CNDP in Morocco.
10Contact
For any privacy question or request, write to qentra@quriou.com or use the contact route on the main site. We respond within 30 days.
